Winter Pop Up Series

Join Chef Jose Garces as he teams up for four culinary collaborations with Philadelphia’s notable French chefs at Volver! As each chef takes turns introducing their courses, hear first-hand about their inspiration and fun kitchen antidotes. These one night only pop ups will leave you saying, “Oh la la”!

  • Chefs Jose Garces and Peter Woolsey (Bistrot La Minette) collaborate for a special evening delivering family style French Bistro dinner. Guests will experience a take on traditional French cuisine inspired by each Chefs’ unique style. A signature cockail will be served upon arrival and two pre-selected wines will compliment the dishes during dinner.

  • Chefs Jose Garces and Johnathan Cichon (Lacroix) collaborate for a special evening delivering a five course tasting menu. Guests will experience a take on traditional French cuisine inspired by each Chefs’ unique style. A signature cockail will be served upon arrival and two pre-selected wines will compliment the dishes during dinner.

  • Chefs Jose Garces and Chef Jeffrey Hansell (Oxlot 9, Covington, LA) collaborate for a special evening delivering a five course tasting menu. Guests will experience dishes from both chefs inspired by their unique styles. A signature cocktail will be served upon arrival and two pre-selected wines will compliment the tasting menu during dinner.
